Default Same formula

Okay, it doesn't matter which you use as long as you follow the order of operations. Do all of the divisions, then the adding and subtracting last. Don't regroup the positives and negatives, just do them in order left to right and you'll be okay.

And don't forget to cap your fiber at 4g!

Good luck!

Default

The actual patient formula that W/W uses is:

(calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams <capped at 4 gms>/5)

However what you did works out the same it is just a different way of listing it:

(calories/50) - (fiber grams<capped at 4 gms>/5) + (fat grams/12)

All you did was move the subtraction of fiber and the addition of fat.
