Default veggies and points

Are most veggies 1 pt?? Also if some veggies are zero points, and you have met your points for the day, say you keep eating lots of veggies that day, wouldn't you still have to count the calories added for the veggies? Because you still need a calorie deficit to lose weight right? I hope this makes sense.

Default Veggie points

Most veggies are zero points, and you can eat them with impunity. The only time you might need to worry about them is when you hit a plateau. Besides, WW factors in 250 calories for veggies that aren't included in your daily points. 250 cals for veggies is incredible when you consider most are something like 25-50 for a cup. Leafy greens are even more economical, 15 cals per cup. I cannot imagine exceeding that amount, though I reckon it is possible.

Cooked carrots, peas, and corn are the only one pointers I know. There are probably more.

Eat your veggies and don't worry about it, they're good for you.
