Question Count hamburger pts. in receipe

How do you count the points in a hamburger receipe? If you have 1 lb of hamburger added to a (lets say a taco salad) and you serve it to 7 people, how can you figure the points? I figure there's 32 pts. in one pound, is that correct?

Default

Use the nutritional info on hamburger and remember to weigh it after cooking (cooking shrinks it).

It also depends on the leanness of the meat how many points are in it. 93% lean 1 pound cooks up to about 13-14 ounces.

What you do is take the number of points and divide by the number of servings OR you take the total cal/fat/fiber and divide those by the number of servings and then figure points.
