Default 2 quick questions

Hey everyone- this is my second time with WW, and this time I'm doing Flex. I did Core before but stalled, so I switched to Flex and so far so good. I haven't been able to go to my last 2 meetings (had to weigh in and run) and I'm hoping one of you can answer these for me, or point me towards any links.

First- activity points vs. weekly allowance points. Which do you use first?

Second- does anyone have a nutritional info on Archer Farms Coconut Macaroon cookies from Target? I bought some today from the snack bar ( 1 oz pkg with 4 cookies in it) but there was no nutritional label on it. And of course when I went in the cookie aisle, that one was sold out. So if anyone has that, please let me know the points for 4 cookies.

I looked up the points on 6 other types of coconut macaroons.. they all registered 2-3 points per 1 ounce except the sugar-free ones, which were 1 pount. So you could put 2 or 2.5 down and be pretty confidant thats about right.

Activity points have to be used the day earned thus it make sense if you choose to use them to use them first, then go to the weekly points if you still need more points.
