Hey everyone- this is my second time with WW, and this time I'm doing Flex. I did Core before but stalled, so I switched to Flex and so far so good. I haven't been able to go to my last 2 meetings (had to weigh in and run) and I'm hoping one of you can answer these for me, or point me towards any links.
First- activity points vs. weekly allowance points. Which do you use first?
Second- does anyone have a nutritional info on Archer Farms Coconut Macaroon cookies from Target? I bought some today from the snack bar ( 1 oz pkg with 4 cookies in it) but there was no nutritional label on it. And of course when I went in the cookie aisle, that one was sold out.

So if anyone has that, please let me know the points for 4 cookies.
