A lot of times you can find a TCBY--not exactly a meal, but sometimes the best choice you can make. I spent A LOT of time in the Las Vegas airport in June (grrrrr).
Lord knows I packed on the pounds in airports before I started on WW. I have found that there are very few healthy choices available. Usually the best choices are fresh fruits, yogurt and bagels. I try to pack a few healthy snacks in my carryon for those extended layovers.
As far as in flight food goes, the last flight I took on United, my pre-ordered low fat meal was great! It even came w/ nutritional info and that particular meal was about 11 points or so. It was filling and I was even able to feed a good portion of it to my 10 month old daughter.
