Is it possible??? A 0 point bread???
I bought a loaf of Healthy Life 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread (35 calories per slice). Here are the nutritional facts on it:
1 slice of bread: (0 pts)
Calories 35
Fat 0g
Fiber 3g
OR
2 slices of bread: (1 pts)
Calories 70
Fat .5g
Fiber 5g
It seems almost too good to be true. Just thought I'd share with everyone!!!

Technically the only 0 point items will be the 0 point veggies. However if you only have 1 slice of bread you could count it as 0. Personally I would count it as 1/2 a point.
