Default FF Cool Whip???

Does anybody know how many points in FF Cool Whip. I've seen it so many times where they say 0 points. But that's not how I calculated. I took the nutrition info from the label and it comes out about 1 pt per oz.

How does everybody calculate theirs?

0 points for 2 tablespoons. Measure carefully - there is oil, and as you increase your serving, the points go up exponentially

Yes like stated above 1 serving is 15 cal/0 fat/0 fiber and thus is 0 points however 2 servings through 4 servings is 1 point.

Thanks Kelly & Eloisecat!

I used a whole container of it in a recipe (8 oz) so I gave it 8 pts.

Here it is in case anybody wants to try it, it's absolutely delicious! If you like caramel apples, you'll love this:

1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz)
1 small pckg fat free/sugar free butterscotch flavor pudding mix
2 large green apples, peeled & chopped
1 tub fat free cool whip
1 cup mini marshmallows

Mix pineapple & pudding until well combined. Add the chopped apples & mix. Fold in the cool whip, add the marshmallows.

7 servings = 3 pts each (about a cup)

1 cup is 16 tablespoons so 15 calories is for 2 tablespoons so 15 x 8 = 40 calories remember that this is the FAT FREE stuff.
