I have some Edwards frozen cheesecake in the freezer. Looked at the calorie count, one piece is 300 cal. I would add about another 100 for cherries.
Course this is a light estimate, if you are going to the Cheescake Factory for the cheesecake-then add about 900 more calories LOL LOL
You can go on the Cheesecake Factory website, it will give you a rough estimate of calories
lol thanks for the reply! What I actually did was, enjoy the cheesecake and take that from the flex points, and not use any other flex points... was a dream I lost lotsa weight anyways!! Hooray for cheesecake!! lol
