right now i'm 250 pounds and my points per day is 30. i know that when i drop under 250 pounds (hopefully next week!) i move down to 28 points.
i'm worried that i won't be able to only eat 28 points in a day. i know you get flex points and AP, but right now i'm eating all of them and am still sometimes hungry.
is the idea that you have less points so you have to make healthier food choices?
did anyone else have problems adjusting to a change in point levels?
A tip my leader gave is if you are still losing at 30 points don't drop until you stall (more than 2 weeks). I started at 26 and didn't drop until my first plateau and then I stayed at 24 points all the way up until I hit my goal and now am up to 29 points a day and all my APs and all my FPs and still I lost the past 2 weeks...
i think your body adjusts, i've been at 28 pts now for quite a while and i'm finding that as I ease close to the point where i have to cut back to 26, I have to force myself to even eat the 28. (I often don't eat all the 28 anymore)
If you know it's coming, you can plan ahead. Look at what you're eating and mentally decide how you could change it. I'm not familiar with WW but we calorie counters just fiddle with small things. Try to walk a few more minutes. Skip the potato and have another serving of green beans. Try celery without peanutbutter ... WW points probably work something like that too.
