Default The 2006 Dining Out Guide

Does anyone have one? I was wondering if the Taco Bell Crunch Wrap is in it. I'm working on old materials. I'd love to dedicate some points to one of those.

Why not try the Taco Bell site? www.tacobell.com as they have all the nutritional info for everything they serve.

I just checked and the Taco Bell CrunchWrap Supreme is 560 cal/24 fat grams/4 fiber grams or 12 points. However you can customize it on their site or make it 'Fresco'-style and make it less.

Check it out.

You've probably figured it out by now anyway but... I have the 2006 book and the crunch wrap is not listed in there. At least they have the nutritional info on their site!

fyi 99% of the fast food places have nutritional info on their sites. They are also the most correct in what they serve. After that refer to Calorie King, Diet Facts or the restaurant section here, Dotti's or Health Discovery. I would use the Dining Out Companion as a last resort as it is it only updated once a year and restaurants/fast food places change and add regularly.

I usually just google the restaurant to see if they have the nutritional info and then use my points calculator.

As Kelly said, the restaurants change their menus and the WW books are not that up to date - its' even harder with the Canadian dining out guide.

If you eat out quite often then it is a good idea to pick what the best options are and make a list of the items with points for future reference so you don't have to look them up each time- your own personalized dining out guide
