Is there a thread on the best foods, ie which brand is better tasting or whatever. I know I was buying ff italian dressing last night and I usually know what is better for me nutritionally but sometime calorie wise there is a better choice. Ex. the ff italian had I believe it was around 15 calories per T and there was an italian brand that had olive oil in it that was around 25 calories. So is it better to buy the lesser calories or the one that actually has some healty benefits as in the olive oil? I'll tell ya later which on I chose.

Oh and it there a way when you log in to the boards every day you can easily find where you posted yesterday. I always forget where all I went!

What you want to use is your choice. The Olive Oil one has healthy oils but the fat free one has no oil. But what I normally do with my fat free dressings is measure out a serving and then add a tsp of healthy oil to it.

The thing with the fat free Italian for 1 serving it is 0 points whereas the one with oil is 1 point.

It is just a preference on that.

I know you can subscribe or you used to be able to subscribe but I never do that.

Also if you want to find where you posted you can try going to the blue bar at the very top of the page, the lond one - not the one that only has three choices - click on Search then type in your user name. The system should bring up the threads you have posted in.

I tried it myself this evening and it worked.
