It really depends on what they make 'em with. I make mine with 1/2 c. strawberries (.5 point), 1/2 banana (1 point), 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt (.5 point) and a packet of NutraSweet (0 point), plus a cup of ice. That's only 2 points, but be aware that commercial enterprises often throw a lot of sugar, frozen yogurt, etc., into smoothies. Some even use (gasp!) full-fat ice cream! Ouch!
