Does anyone know where I could get some point ideas for Ethiopian food. The restraunts I go to all ussually have similar food and I have no idea how to calculate it. its all pretty fresh and not oily and I ussually just get a veggie combo so its like lentils, cabbage, greenbeans and njara(bread). so i figure it can't be to high but you never know. When I look under "ethinic" foods, ussually there is just chinese, mediteranian, thai, and a some other basics, if any one knows where to try and look up some other "ethic food" it would be great. I eat Korean food a lot to and that is another one I cna't find.
WW says that a 9-in diameter piece of enjera is 1 point--honestly, this seems low to me, but I guess it is very high in fiber.
The other items, I usually guess on (I try to figure out points for the ingredients--lentils, greens, etc.--then add 1-2 points per serving for the oil or butter in which the veggies or lentils are cooked).
