I just calculated the points on one of my Quaker rice cakes with my slide and it showed 0 pts? There's 50 cals, 0g fat, in smaller print it shows 25g dietary fiber. Am I having a duh day? Now I realize the 50 cals would add up if I had like 3 or 4. Someone please enlighten me. Don't want to have these for snacks and have it all wrong. Thanks!
It is actually under the Percent Daily Values dietary fiber based on 2,000 calories. The fiber is not shown in bold print like the cals, fat, carbs and protein.
It is not that I don't believe you but I find it hard to believe that 1 rice cake has 25 gms of fiber. Most of them have less than 1 gm per piece. It may be a misprint. Personally I'd count 1 rice cake for 1 point.
According to .calorieking most of the Quaker Rice cakes have 0 fiber per rice cake.
