I really hope that someone can help me with this. Does anyone know the nutritional information for the smoothie base mixes made by Caffe D'Amore?
I need the info for the Frappe Freeze Vanilla and also the mocha.
This stuff is in the grocery store near the Hot chocolate mixes.
I tried their website but they don't have the info. I've sent a request e-mail to them but in the meantime i want to know how much this stuff is costing me in points.

The company answered my query in less than 2 hours! anyway, if anyone is interested here's what they told me.
The mocha and vanilla flavors are the same and they contain per serving (3 tbs.)
110 calories
2.5 grams of fat
1 gram of sugar
22 carbohydrates.
he didn't give me any info for fibre but i assume that there probably isn't any.
The bases are really good and once you add milk and fruit to the vanilla it's a good quick smoothie.
the mocha one mixed with ice and milk is a killer iced coffee.
