Question

I forgot my WW books at home and was wondering if you could help me. I had a bran muffin from the cafeteria at my work. It was about 3" diameter. How many points would you count this as? It was very filling.

Thanks!

This may be too late to help you, but I would count it as 6, 7 if there were raisins in it. I'm basing that on the points in Tim Horton's muffins, which sound like they are a similar size. Hope it helps!
