I have been doing WW now for over a year and lost 77 lbs. I can tell you that my big meal of the day is dinner. I don't think it hurts for you to save most of your points for dinner, but it depends on what you consider "most". I wouldn't say this means not eating any breakfast or lunch. My leader always recommends getting a combination of complex carbohydrates & protein for breakfast to get your metabolism going. I usually try to work in 1 milk serving and a fruit also. That carries me through til lunch when I usually eat some leftovers from dinner the night before or a Lean Cuisine or Smart One. I usually can plan on eating 8-10 points for dinner, sometimes more, sometimes less. But I eat dinner rather early too. I wouldn't eat a heavy point dinner late at night before bed. I also like to have dessert, so I usually reserve a couple of points for that. So a light bite before bed is ok. Mind you I manage to do all that on 24 points a day. LOL.

The important thing with WW that I like is to find a way to make new good habits to fit with your previous lifestyle. Eventually, there isn't any room left for the old bad habits. If it's too radical a change, you won't do it. I'm still working on the regular exercise. I've got the healthy eating down pat. So work on fitting WW around how you normally would eat. If you're a grazer, find healthy snacks to graze on.

I hope these little tidbits help you and answer your questions.

amcap74, thank you so much for the advice.."S"...I am working on making sure what I graze on during the day is healthy..I want to put low point foods on my shelves so when I graze I can grab something healthy..Something like fruit/yogurt/ oatmeal/small lean cusine meals..Night time is always hard for me..So, knowing I can eat say, 65 % of my points at that time is ok, helps alot..
I am working on the exercise thing also..I use to manage a 45 minute workout 6 days a week..Life happened and I placed it aside..Now, it is time to get back to it.."S"...
