Default Points help, don't have my slide thing with me!!

2 things,

6" Subway Veggie on White. I had lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, black olives, salt and pepper and yellow mustard.

No cheese and No mayo, I think it was 224 calories, 3 fat, 4 fiber


And the other is a Nutri-grain twist thing.

It had 140 calories, 3 grams fat, 1 fiber....does that make it 3 points?
