One question though, my leader and several other people have said that a Cadbury Creme Egg is only 4 points???? Just wondering where you got this info so I can check it out?
Thanks

Hi Steph!
You are right....never noticed that one as I copied it to here. Four points is what I have been told also.
It came from a thread on the WW site-----one of the message boards.

Also, "Smarties 56g: 264 cal, 10 g fat, 6 points" . . . huh? Since when do Smarties have fat? Some of those other numbers seems a little ''off", too--I'd still go by the labels!

Smarties have fat in that they are chocolate centres. All chocolate has fat.
It definitely is better to go by the labels...no question...but this kind of list really helps me in a pinch!

The Smarties made by Nestle are not the chalky, sugary ones. They're a similar candy to an M&M, so they would likely have fat. Some of those listed are Canadian candies.
Thanks,
Erin
