Today for lunch I am having egg salad (made with 1 egg & 1 egg white) = 2 Pts. FF mayo = .5 Pts Caraway bread = 2 Pts.
Lettuce = 0 Pts. Carrots = 0 Pts. FF Tostitos = 2 Pts. w/salsa = 0 Pts. Total = 6.5 Pts.
Brought 2 Pt WW bar for 3 p.m. snack (I always bring some kind of 2 pt snack for the afternoon, but don't always use it)
What is everone else having???


I wil probaly have a mushroom omelet with a small side salad.
I am pretty sure that you have to have dairy or a dairy product like low-fat yogurt, etc. and the milk you have with the Kashi definetely counts
