Unhappy I hope I didn't mess up...

I have been good on my points all week, not going past 23. (I'm in the 18-23 range.) However, today, without having any points banked, I ate 33. (What can I say, I was hungry.) So, since that is 10 points over my limit, I was planning on deducting 5 for the next 2 days, so I'd be having 18 tomorrow and 18 the day after, to make up for it. Is this ok to do? Will doing it every once in a while hinder my weight loss?

I'm new here, by the way. Hi all.

You can do that and it is called 'reverse banking.' 5 points a day may be a bit much for your system with 18 being really low in points. I would do 2 or 3 a day and maybe bump up your activity for the next few days.
