I have just restarted the Weight Watchers program. I have all the stuff (point books, calculator ect.) but I don't have the list of how many points I should eat in a day. I am 5'2, 195 lbs. What if you please, is the recommended points that I should have for the day? Can anybody help me?

150 to 174 pounds 20 to 25 points
175 to 199 pounds 22 to 27 points
200 to 224 pounds 24 to 29 points
225 to 249 pounds 26 to 31 points
250 to 274 pounds 28 to 33 points
275 to 299 pounds 29 to 34 points
300 to 324 pounds 30 to 35 points
325 to 349 pounds 31 to 36 points
350 or more pounds 32 to37 points
