Default Calculating points

What if the product doesn't give you the Dietry fibre, just the carbs, how do you calculate the points, help would be appreciated.

e.g Cals 75 - fat 0.4 - carbs 11

thanks

Default

That means (unless it is a recipe and many do not give you the fiber count) that there isn't enough to fiber to count. So use zero.

For future reference the most points that can be taken off for fiber is .8 so if you have a recipe that doesn't have it list err on the high side and use zero.
