I am currently on 32 DP, and I usually do:
Breakfast: 8
AM Snack: 3
Lunch: 8
PM Snack: 1
Dinner: 12
Treat/Dessert: 3 (EP)
I try to earn 4 activity points 5 times per week (all walking), with 2 days off from activity - usually Thursday & Friday as I'm getting tired nearing the end of the work week.
I stay completely away from eating back activity points (that was my mistake in the past), and only dip into EPs for that 3 point daily treat (hey, its my sanity...fyi, if any one is interested...4 mini chocolate covered flipz pretzels, yummm!!!
))).
Doing only 3 EPs per day = 21 EPs used per week, which gives me a big remainder ('hopefully' a little more weight loss)
