I'd be happy to share my food journal. I use the excel spreadsheet that's been floating around. I modified it a bit but would be happy to share it with you. Are you looking for ideas for things to eat or do you want to see how people journal? I'm always interested in what everybody actually eats. Especially when you get to the lower range of points. It's hard to imagine right now how I'll ever be satisifed on 20 points a day!
