There was a great article a while back on the Mayo Clinic website about using the frozen bowls and entrees...basically, need to eat fruit and veggies at the meal with them because they are mostly carbs.

TuesLunch:

Pump Bread (2 Pcs = 2 Pts) FF Ham Slices (1 Pt) FF Mayo/Lett = .5 Pt Cup of Soup = 1 Pt Melba Toast (4 Pcs = 1 Pt) and a little Becel = .5 Total = 6 Pts.

I really like the pumpernickel bread & for 1 Pt per slice it is very hearty.
