Need Points for following..... - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could let me know the points value of an items that is 190 calories, 7 grams of fat and 2 grams of fiber? I haven't eaten it but I left my points slider at home.

This formula will compute you points when you forget your slider:

Calories x 2 / 100
+ Fat grams x .1
- Fiber grams x .2
= Points

In your case

180 x 2 = 360 / 100 = 3.6
7 x .1 = .7
4.3
2 x - .2 = - .4
= 3.9 Points
