Hi there! I assume you have a cooler and a camp stove?
This is what I do --
Morning -- scrambled eggs (1 egg, 3 egg whites, a touch of milk for 4 points), well cooked bacon (2 strips at 1 point each for a total of 2 points), 1/2 cup vegetarian baked beans (2 points for my brand, check yours out!). Coffee/tea (0 points) TOTAL 8 points
Lunch -- pita and non-fat ham, non-fat cheese, lettuce, mustard. (6 points, but do the calculations based on what you use), small banana (1 point), one orange (1 point), diet soda or water. TOTAL 8 points
Dinner -- 2 Veggie Dogs on 1 hot dog bun with sauteed onions, mustard, ketchup (total 8 points), 15 Baked Lays (2 points) TOTAL 10 points.
Total 26 points, for example.
IF you prefer, and what I usually do, is pre-make easily heated up stuff, like Chili or spaghetti sauce that I make from scratch with WW recipes, and go from there.
