Default Oatmeal

Hello All,

I've seen that a lot of people have suggested oatmeal as a great breakfast idea, but I can't seem to find the points value for it.

I live in Korea right now and so many low fat, low sugar things and brands from home can be extremely difficult to find. So, you really have to work with what you can find. They don't really sell egg subsitutes or many different kinds of cheese and it's also really hard to find whole grain bread. Another problem is that since all of the nutritional facts and ingredients on food packaging is written in Korean, I don't always know what the fat, calories, and fiber contents are.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm working on that. My boyfriend and I just moved to a new city and are working on meeting more people. Since I'm an instructor at a university here, we're told that too much socializing with the undergrad students is a no go. However, one of the masters students I've met is really eager to help out, it's good for me, and good for her English.
