Points in Breakfast Meal
I don not have my info with me . Does anyone have the points in the following??
Breakfast
3/4 cup bran flakes
2 tsp blackberry pres
1/2 cup of skim milk
2 slices healthy life red cal bread
coffee
I weigh in this morning . I have walked since Saturday
10 miles . I feel I have done well
Wish me luck. I normally weigh in the evening, due to work. this week I am off so I am taking advantage of the early weigh in.
