Default Kashi Go Lean Crunch

Just tried this cereal. It's 1 cup for 3 points. Very good and also filling. I've been only having 1/2 cup and some fruit and it holds me for a while.

Just wanted everyone to know ~~ It's always good to find new things!

Default Kashi Good Friends

I too like the Kashi cereals. I have been eating them instead of my toast and Peanut Butter. The cereal seems to hold me longer too.
The Good Friends is a good one too. I tried the Kashi GoLean and I think I got a stale box so I mixed the two together and they aren't bad either.
I highly recommend them. I got my last boxes at a SuperWalmart and they were only $2.68 a box, better than $4.00 at Krogars and healthfood stores.
I can only eat about 1/2 at a time too, it is really filling. It must also be flavored with honey as it is sweeter than I thougt a "healthy" cereal would be.
Just my 2 cents.

Default Kashi Good Friends Cinna-Raisin Crunch

Just tried the new Kashi Good Friends Cinna-Raisin Crunch (bought it at Trader Joe's). It was like Good Friends except very cinnamony and has raisins. Pretty good and I think 2 pts. per serving (150cal/1.5 fat/10 fiber). It is a little sweet. I might try mixing it with regular Good Friends.

Has anyone tried the new Kashi Heart to Heart? It's great. Kinda like Cheerios, only more substantial and sweeter, I think. But I can't find it at any other stores than Sun Harvest; anyone know another chain that carries it?

Trader Joe's has the Heart to Heart. I tried it and found it a little too sweet for me.
