Talking Question about sushi

Hello! I have a question about sushi and points. In the Getting Started book, it says that 4 pieces of nori maki is 2 points. So I assume that means things like California rolls, tuna rolls, etc. What about regular pieces of sushi, i.e., a piece of salmon or tuna over rice? I think these are still relatively low in points, but I need to know how many exactly. I think one piece might be a 2 or 3, but I'm not sure and I don't want to miscalculate.

Thanks!

Hi Ally,
In the Complete Food Companion, here is what it lists for Sushi and Sashimi:

California roll, 4 pieces (1" high x 1 3/4" diameter) or 1 oz each ..... 3

maki, 4 pieces .....2
nigiri, 4 pieces .... 2
nori maki, 4 pieces ... 2

Sashimi:

Sashimi (except salmon or mackerel) 4 pcs .. 1
Sashimi, salmon or mackerel, 4 pcs .... 2

Hope that helps!
