I am using an oil mister to spray my salad oil instead of using a teaspoon to measure. The oil comes out in a fine spray. My other WW buddy said I don't count any points because it is so light/fine, but I'm not sure she's 100% right.
Does anyone use an oil mister? Any leader out there that can give me the real scoop on using oil misters??
It might be a bit wasteful but why not spray into a measuring spoon and see how may sprays it takes to fill up a teaspoon then you will know how much you use with each spray?
The only difference between the oil mister and Pam is that Pam uses chemical propellants. The other ingredient in Pam is oil. So, the oil in the mister comes out the same, pointwise.
If you want to try Kelly's suggestion, just pour the oil back into the mister after you measure it, so it doesn't go to waste.
Thanks - I'll give the measuring idea a go. Kelly...did I once read that you had the points in a given number of "PAM" sprays? (or have I lost my mind?). That may be a good place to start.
Kell- I tried to search under "Pam spray" but it wouldn't work becuae Pam has less than 4 letters. Is there another name to search under? Sorry - I'm a bit new to this forum and how it all works.
Thanks
