Anyone know the points for canned Slim Fast

    Hi, does anyone know the points for a can of ready to drink Slim Fast??? These are convenient to grab and go plus I hate eating at breakfast but I am hungry. I have acid reflux and in the mornings all that sounds good is juice or a Slim Fast.

    The Slim-Fast ready to drink can is 4 points, last time I checked.
