A normal piece of bread is usually 2 points. So if you had half the sanwhich, I would count it as 2 points (if all veggies were zero point veggies).
For veggies and dip, it depends on the dip and the veggies. Carrots? Broccoli? Baby carrots (depending on how many you had) do have a point value. And if it was regular dip (and not light or fat free), then it is (roughly and on average) 2 points for 2 tablespoons of dip.
As for the cake, according to WW eTools, a piece of chocolate cake with chocolate frosting is 6 points (right on with what you had) and a piece of yellow cake with chocolate frosting is 5 points.
