I have misplaced my WW bag. So, I was wondering what the points are in what I ate this morning.
8 oz nonfat yourget 0 fat and 100 cal
2 slices of diet bread 70 cal/ 6gr of fiber
1 tsp of jif peanut butter
1 medium apple

My total points per day is 27-32
Thanks for your help.

Default Here you go!

Here is the break down. I used my points finder and my book. Hope it helps!!

Yogurt-2
Bread-1 (if the info you gave is for 2 slices)
Apple-1
PB- 2points is for 1 Tablespoon. I believe there is 3 teaspoons in 1 Tablespoons. You have to figure out the math (not my strong point)

But you should be well within range as long as the rest of the day was okay.

Default

1 teaspoon of peanut butter is 1 point. 3 teaspoons (yes, = 1 tblspoon) is 2 points... Did you use a measuring spoon or a spoon from your tablewear? there is a huge difference... but the math from the prior respondent is correct.
