When calculating my points, I input calories, fat, and fiber. I remember reading somewhere that we shouldn't input more than 4 grams of fiber, even if there happens to be 6 (as in cereal). Is this true? The difference in calculation is about half a point.
Yes that is true. At one time that was not the case, but with the changes that WW seem to do every year or so that is now true. With extremely high fiber items it could make more than a half a point difference.
