I have a bunch of LAWL bars left over and now that I'm on WW I would like to know the point value. I got rid of the boxes they came in and there is no info on the bar wrapper. I believe they are about 180 calories.
What variety are they? I found a label for the S'mores variety online and it shows 190 cal, 5 g fat, and 1 g fiber, for 4 points. It would still be 4 pts if it had 180 calories.

Yes it sure dies!!! Thanks Suzanne! I did finally find the Pointsfinder thingy so I can figure out the Slim fast. I need to give up the Starbucks mocha fraps and thought the SF cappuchino might be worth a try!!
