Hi Chantal, Congrats on the 20 lbs!! I can't wait until I can say that. I finally hit the 15 lb mark this morning so that was exciting for me. I've done pretty well this week, but have been going to a conference for the last three days where they've provided the food, and it hasn't all been good. I've done all right, but have had to use more of the flex points than I have been using during a normal week. So we'll see how that effects my WI. Hopefully it will keep going down!!

So are you going out of town for business or pleasure? Either way I hope you have a good week! Talk to you later!

Okay, so I made it back in one piece! YAY for me! However, I somehow forgot what Weight Watchers pts were for the 3 days I was gone.

Crazynette: The trip was purely pleasure. Two of my g/fs and I went to Toronto for the weekend, kind of a girls weekend. We didn't eat a whole lot, but everything we did eat was bad. Plus, I probably killed my points in alcohol intake alone. But you only live once, right? Point is, I'm back home and back on track as of this morning. I anticipate a gain when I weigh in on Thursday, but let me tell you, it was worth it. lol

Congrats on your 15 lb. weight loss crazynette, that's fabulous!!!!!!

Chantal, glad you had a good time. I agree that we only live once. If we counted points all the time, and never splurged ever, we would become very crabby. At least I would! My theory is that as long as I don't do it all the time, a weekend here and there won't hurt!
So I've had a busy weekend, which is good, means I didn't have a lot of time to sit and snack. So I've stayed within my points. I'm a little bit worried about working on Halloween tomorrow, but hopefully I'll have will power! Have a great day! Enjoy Halloween!!

Thanks Chantal! Unfortunately my weight has stalled for this week, but considering I've had two Thanksgivings already this week, I'm just glad I didn't gain!! It looks like you're doing great! one more pound gone, that's awesome!

crazynette: as long as you're not gaining you should be happy, especially after 2 thanksgiving dinners...that's excellent.

Yes, I lost 1 lb. last week, I was happy with that. I wasn't really very well behaved last week so a loss is better then a gain!!
