exquisitern, glad you had a good cruise and even stayed the same or lost after the cruise. Where did you go?

Terry, You are on a roll!!!!! Keep it up.

I lost but it doesn't count. I'm losing what I gained from the 2 birthdays and 1 anniversary. It's coming off so I can continue my quest for good health.

Well, I went up 1 lb last week and this week I lost 2.5 so it worked out just fine!

Tina: I think it counts too!! I went to Cozumel and Merida, Mexico and then we went to Panama City Beach when we got off of the cruise ship.

I lost 2.8 lbs since I weighed in 2 weeks ago!!! Woo-hoo!!! I also made my 10% goal at WW last night!!! I was so pumped!!

I was down a pound, so I am pleased. That's even with Bob cooking supper the past 2 nights!

Congrats everyone! The scale was good to me again today. Down 0.4lbs. Makes for a loss of 8.4lbs for June.

lulu, I'm the same about jumping on the scales every day. When we were on vacation, I was going nuts. It's probably a good thing that I didn't have a scale there. This way I watched closer and didn't have a gain while we were gone.

Nice to meet you by the way!! Welcome to the group. come on over to the Thursday Chatters thread if you haven't done that already. That's where we solve all of the problems in the world. (Ha!)

Ok. I got weighed again and lost a pound. I'm changing my tracker. 1/2 way to that first 10 pounds. I'm glad I decided to change the tracker to doing it 10 pounds at a time. It seems more doable.
