I think it's fine. WW allows you to have up to half of your water requirment to be met by non caffeinated beverages. Besides you had enough plain water. I use dto drink Crystal Light too and found it helpful. But it gives me headaches. Unless you are trying to remove the chemicals from yuor life, then I think it's fine.

Misty, Yes, I do get migraines. I highly recommend that you talk to your doctor. Migraines can last up to 3 days or so.

If you take Excedrin (or other similar meds) too often, it can result in rebound headaches. You could end up with headache after headache after headache. It really sounds like what you have is a migraine...you've got some classic symptoms. Here's a link to the Mayo Clinic website:

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/mig...adache/DS00120

I consider myself a form of a migraine expert (which is partially joking). I use to get them ALL THE TIME, but they have gotten better recently (like within the last year or two). Let me know if you have questions.

Oh, and Maggie--I think drinking Crystal Lite is absolutely fine as long as you also drink some good old fashion H20. I don't drink Crystal Lite, because the aspartame seems to be a migraine trigger for me.

THANKS STEPH!!!!!

Yeah anything with aspartame or splenda will give me a headache, sometimes so bad I can't hardly bear to blink. Even gum. I was so bummed b/c for a whiel I could eat splenda and that allowed me to eat some yogurts. But now I can't and I hate wasting points on regular yogurt. I have like 6 WW 1 point yogurts rotting in my fridge.

I think that's what happening with the excederine. The worst part of the headache is gone, but there is this nagging little ache. I tried not to take anything for it today, but I felt it getting worse so I did. My step mom gets them and she takes Maxalt or something like that.

It sucks when I get them b/c I can't not cook dinner, keep up with the kids bath them, ect. DH helps some but sometimes I wonder if he even lives here b/c he has not one clue about where stuff is, who eats what, and how we tend to do things. I mean he serisouly asked me where I keep the kids pajamas...I don't know maybe look in the DRESSER??!! Dork....but a cute dork, plus he mows the lawn

I shouldn't complain though he's hooking my desk top computer up for me at the moment LOL. I am off to bed. It's 9:30 and i menat to go to bed super early, since the kids are coming late tomarrow I figured that would give me some extra sleep.
