Question still hungry

Hey everyone, this is only my second day on ww and sometimes I am still hungry after my meals. Is this normal at first? Before I started ww I snacked a lot, so maybe my body is adjusting? I was just curious if anyone else had ever had this problem.

Hi shopgal21

I started WW on 01/05/06 and I get hungry between meals too. I make sure that I have a snack with me to eat between meals to ease the cravings. If I let myself get too hungry, I would probably go out and get a burger and fries. When I choose a snack between meals, I try to pick something that has very little point value. There is a website I came across that has a list of 0 and 1 pt. foods that might help (see link below).

http://www.dottisweightlosszone.com/WWinfoTOC.html

There's nothing wrong with snacking as long as you choose the right snack and don't overdo it. As of last Thursday, I lost 11.2 lbs and I snack in between breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Good luck on WW.

I am new to weight watchers too. I am using the books/online and not doing the whole "meeting" thing.

So far 4 lbs in about a week gone!
