Default Weight Watcher Bracelets

Hi Ladies. Has anyone used the weight her bracelet to help them count their points. It sounds like it would be another way to keep track. Thanks.

I don't think I've seen the bracelets. How do you use them?

I'm not a member of WW but my MIL is and she loves hers. There are beads or pearls or something that you move from one side of the bracelet to the other when you eat that number of points. She loves it when she's traveling especially.

Hi Fost! I make those bracelets! I bought one on ebay last year and saw how "chincy" they are, so I decided to make all my ww friends one! I'd love to make you (and anyone else that wants one) one. I just need to know how many inches long you want it and how many points you use a day!!!!! Let me know. I'm a bead fanatic!!!! I make bead everything!!! lol!

Thanks, I might take you up on making me a WW bead. Let me know how much you charge. Do you know if the bracelet helped them keep track of their points? Thanks.

Hi! My friends that wear them, love them. The bracelet has the amount of points in beads (or pearls) that you use a day.
*Each pearl (or bead) represents 1 POINT
*The black pearl (or odd bead) represents your start for each day
*Whenever you eat, move the charm (which hangs from the bracelet and is moveable) accordingly (e.g. , eat an orange (1 POINT), move the charm 1 pearl to the right.
*Each silver pearl (or yet an odd bead) represents 5 POINTS, providing an easy visual aid.

I don't know if I explained that right or not............But I hope the info was helpful. I do not wear one, or I should say when I do wear one, its because its "cute" and matches my outfit! I'm terrible at moving the charm!
But........I do love to make them and my friends do wear them!

I don't think it would work for me--I really liked the journal and writing all my food/points down (tho. to be honest, I burned out on that and switched to Core about 3 weeks ago). But for some people in my meeting, the bracelets are great because they are discreet and easy to use.
