Hey all! Thought I'd start a weekly thread in addition to the challenge thread.
I had a crap weekend eating -wise...fish and chips, chinese food, and movie popcorn....BUT we finally left Eve with a sitter to see Harry Potter. She did good and I had sooo much fun.
Today was wicked weather, so we went for a long walk, and I did 15 on the elliptical. I'm telling you, it's HARD to do that damn elliptical. I guess post-baby I am way more out of shape than I figured.

Belle2000: The elliptical is really hard, I can only do up to 20mins and then my legs get all wobbly.
I'm happy I stuck to my exercise routine this week, I did 4 out of 5 sessions, my 5th being tomorrow. I did some sit-ups on the stability ball two days ago and my abs still hurt really bad, I don't usually feel that pain when I do them on the mat.
I was naughty and had a bite of cheesecake yesterday, but I guess a bite isnt as bad as eating a whole slice.
My weigh-in is tomorrow.. I hope I've lost something this week
Good luck tomorrow Emma!! I hope it goes well. Sounds like you were kick@ss with the exercise, so that is wicked! Yeah, I get wobbley-legged as well! But about 15 min in it hits me. I guess it's good to have something to work up to, eh?
Well I'm starting the challenge tonight! You guys really motivate and get me started. I do the FIRM, but I've asked for an elliptical for Christmas. I hope Santa brings me one!! One of my best friends has been doing the elliptical for a few months and has worked her way up to 80 minutes! She's really burnt off the booty with it too! So I hope something helps me get rid of these trunks i call legs!!!

Jessie - I LOVE my elliptical - I wish I could go 80 min (I barely make 8!!). I hope Santa is good to you!
Ugh, the holidays have finally hit me! I went shopping today with friends, and we ate TGI Friday's. I had a daiquiri and the flat iron steak, and a couple nachos. I feel terrible! And I've been making candy for gifts this evening and I'm sure that all the bites and tastes have added up. I hope I have more will power tomorrow!
Sweater Girl: I wish it would snow here. I'd be trapped with no groceries, I could get back on track!! haha. But seriously, I'm missing the white Christmas. I don't know what's going on, but hasn't snowed a good snow here in years. I miss it! We're so far out, that when it snows here, we're in for the duration. That's fun to me- once a year only though. I do have to work for a living.

Jessie: I've read somewhere on the forum that you should count every BLT (Bite, lick, taste) when they amount up to four, you count that as one point. I personally started doing that, and it really helps, so before I go BLTing I think twice about that point that I'm about to loose
Emma: Oh my goodness! Well with all the BLTing i've done the last few nights, I'd say that was about 12 of my 24 daily points- ugh. Good thing my Flex started over Thursday, I'll just go ahead and mark those out, and try to be good til next Thursday. I think I can do that because I'm through making Christmas candy until next weekend- then the fun begins again!! Yay!
Belle: How did it go?? Hope you're singing a happy tune! If not- sing one anyways and aim for next week!
