Hey girls. Sounds like everyone's week is going well. I have been v. busy. It is my last week doing social work before I get back to teaching. I cannot wait. I work a 1/2 day tomorrow and then I have Monday and Tuesday off and teachers go back Wed.

Eating wise I am doing well. I have been eating a ton of fruits and less white foods. I just haven't had time to exercise much this week so the scale is not budging but I plan to get a lot in starting sat. This wk I have been going straight from work to Church b/c we have V.B.S. and DH and I are in charge of games. It's been fun but busy. I may try and get to my sisters fitball class on Friday b/c I loved it last week.

Mareike~ Glad you joined us. I have just recently come back to the boards also. you will love it.

Ali~ 6lb loss last week that is amazing. You're kicking butt girl. I too need to get going on the wt. training. How many days a wk would you like to do that? I am aiming for 2 to start and 3 eventually.

Sofi~ Keep it up and don't be discouraged. I agree with everyone we all have stalls.

Kieri~ Glad camping went well. I have never done that either but it sounds fun.

Belle~ I am glad you got a second to post and that you and your baby are doing well. Enjoy the christening.

Well I need to get back to the grind. I will hopefully check in again soon. I am weighing in on Tuesday and I really hope that I am down some. BBIAB

I'm retaining like a fool. to be Totally TMI Benefiber and coffee are helping that out. So I'm thinking the 3 lbs that krept up this week will at least partially go away.
Mareiki Cheerleading sounds fun. Do you do it for exercise or for a specific team?

Hello everyone, and welcome Mareike! Belle, good to hear from you - sounds like motherhood is agreeing with you! I am very sleepy right now because it's been a long day at work, and I've had all 3 meals but still have 11.5pts left, which is TOTALLY unheard of Still not sure how I managed that. Anyway, this is just a quickie - but keep your fingers crossed for sun here tomorrow, because if it doesn't rain DH has promised to take me to the beach! Yay!

Lolly~ the beach sounds nice and my fingers are crossed

Kieri~ VBS is an outreach activity at my church. We invite kids from surrounding Detroit area neighborhoods and feed them dinner, play games, have skits, puppets etc. It is a blast!

It's my last day here!!! I hope that I get everything accomplished and get out of here asap. I need to get home and do some scrubbing. I never quite got a chance to "spring clean" so now that fall is on the horizon I though I should get at it. I am also going to squeeze in the fitball class before VBS tonight. Well ladies I guess I need to get to filing, paperwork, etc. bbl

Hello ladies! I have been MIA for awhile. We went on vacation for 10 days and I didn't want to face the WW facts. But, my sister is truly an inspiration to me. She's lost 33 pounds without and support, i.e., buddies, chats, etc. She said she would be my buddy so I'm back on track.
I finished Harry Potter while on vacation and wanted to lock myself in the bathroom and cry. My sis told me that was pretty silly, and I agree. Maybe I was pms-ing or something.
My OBGYN is thinking about putting me on blood pressure medicine. I'm not too sure about that. I had high blood pressure before I went on WW the first time and it came down along with the weight. I think it's just a matter of getting down to business.
I have been excercising...amazing, I know, but I found a Denise Austin tape that I really like. It's low-impact and high cardio aerobics. Two workouts on one tape. She's really positive in her comments.
Well, ds just came in and wants some juice (doos) so I'd better get him some. I'll drink some water at the same time!
Welcome everyone! Sorry I've been gone for awhile.
Have a wonderful day!

I miss you all and will write a lot more when this little Monster sleeps. Must go run errands this morning though, if I can get her off the boob- it's cluster feeding time.

Also, am down 4.6 total, but can't change my sig with her around!! Will later.

Love Belle

HELP!!!

I did not understood one word!

I take 2 pounds of everyone who could tell me what b/c, TTFN, MIA, OBGYN and DH is.

@ Grace: I did fitball a long time ago. It was fun but hard work. I was also in a class. But I like it more doing sports at home so now I'm a Fitness-DVD-Fan!

@ KO: I do cheerleading for no special sport team. We do that for fun and have performances on birthday-partys, and smaller festivals. I can tell you the www-adress from our homepage, if you are interested to see some pictures. But it's all in german-language... I have to write an instruction for use then...
Congratulations for being strong at ladies night!!! I cheer for you (to the Rocky theme song of course): (and then another time to Tina Turners "your simply the best")

@ Stacey: Nice to hear that you are back on the right way and exercising on top of it!
If you have enough from your tape I can recommend the Cindy Crawfords Workout Tapes and DVDs. I have them all and they are great! I just have to use them now continuous...

Cheer-training yesterday was great. I jumped and danced for more than one our without a break. That was about 6 extra-points I save for my boyfriends birthdayparty tomorrow.

I am OP (I have to use this expression about 2873468246823 times this week to save it in my memory, because I learned it as new vocabulary ). After the cheer-training yesterday I had a little jamsession with a friend of mine who is so nice to show me playing my guitar better. Was so great. We played about two ours and had a lot of fun.

Went out in the pub around my corner after that and drank: WATER!!! No beer. No red wine! No cider! WATER!!!

In a few minutes I'm going to cook chicken-breast-steak with mashed potatoes and veggies.

Talking

Marieke Let me be your Internet slang Dictionary!
My words tend to end up however my fingers tap them out
TTFN, MIA, OBGYN and DH
TTFN is short for Tata for Now if you've seen Winnie the Pooh Tigger says it ALOT
MIA is short for Missing in Action: In the internet sense it means Away for a while
OBGYN is an actual Term for Obstetrician Gynocologyst aka A doctor for Ladies (please don't trust my spelling on that one)
DH is short for Dear Husband.
You went to the pub and drank water I'm Impressed!!! your workout sounds so fun! and what type of stuff do you play on guitar?
If you post the website I can use a web translator I love Technology!
Becky (who if I remember from waaaaaaaaaay back in antiquity is my Birthday twin) The formal wear is for a friends uber black tie wedding which oddly enough is on a Tuesday Did you get to leave work early?
Stacey OMG I cried so hard I'm reading it a second time! Maybe the Doc can offer you a different way of lowering Blood Pressure? non medicine I don't like having too many Meds
BELLE How are you? I'm sure ppl always ask about the baby first So I ASK ABOUT THE MAMA! hows our Gorgeous Cyber Neice? It sounds like your super busy! I'm glad you keep popping in!
We didn't get to shop today because we were stuck in PGA Traffic (Marieke it's a big Golfing tournament thing here) ugh! so we went to Panera and had lunch
I had the Bistek Salad and didn't feel anything for the huge chunk of bread on my plate.
I'm off to exercise while watching Angel and Charmed
I'll be workign from home tonight So I'll be Back!
Love
Kierie

Kieri I love you for being my dictionary!

I try to use all the words I've learnd new now. To burn them in my memory:

My meal was fine and I'm still OP. My DH sits in the corner of our couch and has one hand on top of it big belly (it is not big every 24 hours a day, just after such a tatsy meal I did cook for him) with a grin on his face and watches TV. I think if he had a plan (what he - at least for eating - definitively not has) he would be certainly not OP!!! He looks like he did ate the 7 goats and red riding hood and the grandmother and cinderella (TTFN all those fairy tale peole).

Maybe I will call my OBGYN tomorrow. I think he can check my arm and have a look on my implanon.

So after using all these new and very special vocabulary I hink I will be MIA

Wish you nice dreams

New to the board, but not to the site. Anyhow, I was wondering if I could join your group. I'm having a heck of a time anymore. I am doing WW at home and I just don't have any support and can't find a way to attend any meetings and such.

I need some encouragement and someone to nudge me over this sabotaging behavior of mine.
