Default New to the WW

Well, I finally broke down and decided to do something about the weight. I was tired of carrying it around! My husband is overseas on UN tour and thought that this was the perfect time to get to it. He is due to return soon and I really should have thought about this sooner, but now is a good time to start. My girlfriend had introduced to me to the WW, and this is week two for me. I am impressed with this method and have lost weight already. I have noticed that I look a lot closer at the nutritional info instead and buy for that instead of my old method of "oooh I want that". My goal is to lose 20 lbs before my husband gets home (beg of June).

Glad I found this site...now, I'm off to walk off a few calories!!

Welcome! I know how you feel, I'm sick of carrying my extra weight around too, especially since I lost it all on WW once before and gained it back. The daily threads are where everyone usually posts though, so join us there. We always welcome new people!
