need some help

  • Hi All.....

    It is so nice to see that there is a 30something group out here! I have been doing ww at home and am down 25 pounds. I'm starting to get lazy now and need some encouragment. The first 25 was easy but I still need another 15 or 20 and Im finding the downside harder. Im looking better now and sometimes find that I reward myself for my progress, which as we all know will only lead me to where I was.

    Im 5'5" and 156 lbs....down from 181 (hard to believe I ever was that big). My goal is about 140. Of course I can dream and think that maybe I could make it to 130. But Im trying to be realistic here.

    I lost my points finder, which was my every day companion. I feel absolutely lost without it. But Im trying to just remember most of it. I weigh in on Monday mornings. This Monday I had a three pound lose. I shocked myself, because I havent been as diciplined as I have been in the past.

    Any encouraging word to help me continue would be very appreciated!!

  • When you go to your next meeting ask them for a new points finder. They will give you one. It depends on the region, and some do charge you for it. Or if you need it now go back in and get one.

    Join the 30's thread and Im sure you will find the encourgament you need! Welcome to 3FC!

    Thanks for the reply. I meant to join the 30s thread and somehow ended up making my own. Dont know how I ended up doing that. But I will try again to join in the 30s group.
