Hi everyone....
Just wanted to talk to people out there discussing how they control their extreme hunger when they
get their period. I have joined WW several times! Last Tuesday I had the bright idea to go for it again.
I only have 10.8 lbs to lose... but it never stays off. Just wanted to find out what I can do to curb my
appetite. I have been eating approximately 25-31 points daily.... can't handle my 23 max... Help!
