Hi everyone....

Just wanted to talk to people out there discussing how they control their extreme hunger when they
get their period. I have joined WW several times! Last Tuesday I had the bright idea to go for it again.
I only have 10.8 lbs to lose... but it never stays off. Just wanted to find out what I can do to curb my
appetite. I have been eating approximately 25-31 points daily.... can't handle my 23 max... Help!

Hi i am the same way i just joined ww last week i want to lose 20lbs my first weigh in i lost 4lbs i was so excited but i know that will not happen again i will be happy with 1 or 2 lbs a week i get so hungry the week before my friend i have been out of control i have tried to stay at 23 points but its hard at this time i bought ww dessert like chocholate muffins and had one every day along with peanut butter and it did seem to help and i also crave pasta i had the pasta but 1 cup not my usual 2 or 3 thats really hard but i think if we keep in touch we can help eachother along with this website
