I know that I said today is Fantabulous Friday, but I'm not feeling so fantabulous. My ego is aching today is the best way to describe what I'm feeling. I'm frustrated because my weight is up and didn't have that bad of a week. Plus, my dad bought a WW-brand scale that is supposed to be really accurate and it weighed me A LOT higher than the scale I have at home. I'm frustrated with being fat and I'm really frustrated that I'm not down this week. I really, really think I have to get back to meetings, so despite the fact that I don't have the $$ for it, I'm going on Tuesday to the one here. To make matters worse, I had a dream about this cute boy from work and was talking to my closest co-worker about it. She said "But he's so little." Which he is--he's just this skinny, adorable, nerdy-looking guy--and it just made me realize how he'd never be interested in me (which is the reality of it) and how ridiculous we'd look together, etc. It's just saddening. Add that to how disheartened I am about last night and you can imagine how I feel today.

Anyway, that's what I have going on here today. Do you guys have big plans for the weekend? I'm planning to stay in tonight. Tomorrow I'm going to a friend's boyfriend's birthday party. On Sunday, I have Stamp Club (a group of loyal customers who meet once a month to stamp/scrapbook), so this weekend will be a little bit busy, but that's OK.

I gotta get some more work done, so I'll see you guys later!

Jess, I married a guy that is 6 feet tall and weights 165 soaking wet. And he thinks I am the sexiest thing on the face of the earth. He loves my body, and even more now that I am preg. So don't sell yourself short woman!! I work with a LOT of men, who I travel with for long drives at a time and we discuss these things. They ALL find chubby women to be attractive and they all say a large part of attraction is a wicked magnetic personality. You know this is true. After all, you're attracted to a skinny dude!! So, give yourself a break. It was just a dream, not an indication of real life, but a reflection of your own worries and insecurities.

I was in the field yesterday - had a great community event! I am really proud of the guys out there. The response from the community was fantastic and they told me how well they appreciated our hard work. I makes my job so worth it. I really love my job. I'll miss it. but I'll have Cleatus the Featus to keep me company!

I miss WW. I'll be happy to go back on, adn I will go to meetings even though we will be on a tight mat-leave budget too. For me, it makes all the difference!!
