Julie... congrats on the 15 pounds!! That's awesome. Really, a pound a week is great. A before you know it you'll think back to how far you've come!!! Just think, if it takes you 6 months, 8 months, a year - whatever to lose the weight.... that just more time you get to really become an expert on your new way of eating.
If I had lost the weight quickly, I know it would have come right back. It took me two years.... but in that time I actually made a change in the way I did things so that it's second nature. And now I don't see how I would go back to the old ways.
